  2. Meet with a CHI consultant to evaluate your goals and program options.

  3. Work with your CHI consultant to customize programming to the regional needs and evaluate financial sustainability.

  4. Schedule trainings for director orientation, technology platforms, and program logistics.

  5. Launch your hall, and receive ongoing orientation for program success.
